No… the tune never loaded. Wouldn’t let me. Truck still runs fine I think the handheld tuner is jacked up from them pushing the update/tunes to it.
It doesn’t see the ECU, as soon as the handheld is plugged in from the first steps to the OBD connector.

yes the Key On was enabled.

Once they send you the tune you go straight to under the hood... don't go to the obd2 anymore.

Ya I wasn’t able to get to saving the stock tune. (Beginning step.) They had to push an update to my tuner. Then start the initial steps all over… it resets the tuner with whatever update they did. However, now trying to start all over the tuner can’t even communicate with the ECU to start the stock tune backup.
So I’m just waiting to hear back.
get anything back yet?

No. Still in a holding pattern till I get some intel. Seems like the tuner is in a weird state after the update they sent on Friday to reset it.
I submitted all the info back to them but I imagine they have a lot to catch up on being a Holiday weekend.

Just got the performance 93 loaded and took it for a ride.

very nice. Not TOO much, but just pulls like it should. Like the way it should’ve come, is a good way to describe it. I think you’ll be happy

Sweet. They updated a new firmware to the handheld tuner and everything is working now. Uploaded the stock tune to them and loaded the Performance 87-93 tune.

Still haven’t gone out for a drive yet. Will let you know tonight.

OMG, this thing runs so much better now with the tune! Using the 87-93 Performance tune. Shifts a hell of a lot better, about 30 more HP, better fuel mileage, cylinder deactivation is permenately off, throttle is more responsive and can be used anywhere from 87-93 octane. The higher octane the better performance you’ll get. Was well worth the wait.

Looking forward to a long drive!

How’s it going for ya? Could it be a 2mpg increase I’m seeing?

Good. I haven’t done any long drives yet to see what new fuel mileage I’m getting. I’m more happy with the transmission shifting and cylinder deactivation more than anything! 😆

When you got your tune did you ask for them to disable skip gear? Was curious if you have that disabled like I do?

Ok I was wondering what it was like having the skip shift tuned. I sent in a request seeing if I can have another few tunes with the skip shift enabled.
I’ll let you know what I find out.

Just purchased this today. Hope to get rid of the horrible 6-5 downshift.

I had a Livernois tune on my 3.5 eco - um.....I now have a JB4 and a pedal tuner. Much happier with that. Livernois service was good, tune wasn't what I was looking for.

I find the stock shifting on both my 2022's is a good as the tuned shifting on my previous 2020's. The JB4 makes substantially ore power than the perf / tow tune from LMS. Never tried the performance tune as switching the tunes is a hassle, and my truck was throwing charging codes. I have up and sent it back. Again, LMS was great about it overall.
