This is all the same exact color / card. I painted a metal business card with it then cleared it, didn't even wet sand it.

It's the bottom darker one here, the other is more silver in color and matches the decal better (a different metallic paint)

I wouldn't call them 'ford' colors. The darker one is supposed to be black, but it can look more pewter in some cases, black in others. I do have an official UM paint code can coming, they're always much more expensive. For for accent colors, they're pretty damn good looking.

Most of the above pictures are from the can on the right, the one on the left is the lighter one

Left one from walmart (they're quite random on their selection) Rust O from HD. I cleared the card with automotive clearcoat.

You can go to the local auto paint place and have the make you a rattle can of the factory paint. Have done it one the last few trucks. The place I use is called TASCO. They also sell a good spray max 2 part clear.

Wait that's not duplicolor?

I used duplicolor on my 04 hood after a tree fell on it. Didn't really work well tbh. It was close enough and I didn't really care.

For off the shelf paint it's not a bad match. I always went to paintscratch.com when ordering paint for a vehicle. They match the the original color codes which makes an easy job at blending or painting new parts.

I wouldn't say it matches - but it's a cost effective alternative if you're not needing an exact match, ie: 'distant' accent in other places. With metallic always shifting shades, even between two touching panels, it really doesn't matter. I found it quite interesting in certain angles it can look black, in others it's like a dark sandstone. The fact it could match both the black and the bronze color ford likes to accent with is pretty crazy, just based on the angle.
