You're going to need to provide a lot more information before anyone can help you out. You can also look it up yourself in the towing guide.

In your question, does "without" Max Tow imply any Tow Package or a vanilla F150 with no Tow options?

Also, realize, in addition to looking it up in the reference posted, for the highest ratings you HAVE to be used a Weight Distribution Hitch.

Finally, on almost every tow questions situation on any model F150 (beside the vanilla XLT with HDPP) the Payload Rating is going to limit the actual maximum amount you can tow., NOT the Maximum Tow or the GCWR.

For F150 starts on pg 20 of the RV guide referenced. For your PB, if it is a short bed and not a 4x4, then it's GCWR is 16,700 or with Max Tow pkg it's 18,400. And your Max Tow (with WDH) is either 11k or with Max Tow is 12.7k. But your actual Max Tow will depend on your Curb Weight when ready to roll (ie. passengers, gear, hitch, etc.).

How do you know what gcwr you are? That would be on the door sticker correct. Would probably not know until I take delivery?
No, GCWR is not on the load sticker on the doorframe - it must be derived using info specific to your build and the tables in the already mentioned towing guide.

Note the maximum GCWR values in those tables assume that the weight of your trailer and all other loads are distributed such that none of the axle, vehicle, or 'payload' weight ratings are exceeded (those four weight ratings are on the door frame sticker); IF any of those are exceeded you must reduce or redistribute the weight accordingly, which may reduce the effective GCWR (that's why there is not a GCWR on the load sticker on the doorframe).

Your actual weights (vehicle, trailer, and each axle), for comparison the the various weight ratings, is best gotten by a series of trips across a CAT Scale, IMO. That can help ensure proper weight and weight distribution, including the critical tongue weight/loaded trailer weight ratio that's proper for your type of trailer to avoid sway issues.
