6/28 build week thread ? ?

Mine has been in production since 06/30 with a 6/28 Blend. Not sure why it is in this purgatory state but I assume it is either wheel well liners or microchips.

No movement. Been In Production since 7/4 with a 7/3 blend. ETA for dealer delivery is 7/30.

I’m assuming, as well, that the truck is waiting on a part…

I can tell you I got off the phone with a Ford rep doing a lot of back tracking.
Order Date 1/15
Build 3/24
Parked
ETA 10/31/21 changed to 7/7/21
Built 6/27
In transit 6/28 Start 7/7- End 7/11

Dealer had no updated info other than in transit.
I was able to get the CSX log.
Truck did not actually leave Dearborn until 7/6/21
So it sat for 8 days in the rail yard.

I am really tired of the reponse from Ford on my 7 month old order.

This is why I won’t be caught dead complaining about MY current 4 month old order on this page.

Strange how that happens. I am able to pull up the window sticker on this site’s tracker. I also find it strange that a couple of times, the dealer info has populated on the sticker, but then fallen off.

I’m sorry man.

It really sucks that there are 7+ month old orders still not delivered but I still think you also have a right to grumble about a 4 month old order given that the process in a normal year is closer to two months.

For most complaining as early as 4 months in, it’s not so much about the time as everyone understands the shortages etc… it’s more the lack of info, the start/stops and the inconsistent tracking.

We complain to try and find common threads in an attempt to hypothesize about what options may have held up a particular case. It’s probably futile but after watching every video on the truck, reading the manual cover to cover, ordering all your accessories… what else are ya gonna do to pass the time lol.
