If Ford is watching to see customer sentiment to the situation and address some of the communication issues, I am for it.
If the account is just some social media monitor without any power to influence and push data on what customers are saying, then I agree we can do without "good job" coach posts.
From what I've seen so far, it seems that the person under Ford Motor Company account has on quite a few occasions read some of the posts where people are having different problems with their new trucks, and this person asks for more info and asks them to send him a PM so that he can look into said problems to figure out what can be done to remedy the situation.
I know the guys are getting tired of waiting for their new trucks, so am I, but it's not this guys fault if Ford runs out of parts or puts the vehicles on chip hold. I'm sure he's trying to help solve some of the problems. We have to give him some credit for that.
