Depends....

If Ford is watching to see customer sentiment to the situation and address some of the communication issues, I am for it.

If the account is just some social media monitor without any power to influence and push data on what customers are saying, then I agree we can do without "good job" coach posts.

From what I've seen so far, it seems that the person under Ford Motor Company account has on quite a few occasions read some of the posts where people are having different problems with their new trucks, and this person asks for more info and asks them to send him a PM so that he can look into said problems to figure out what can be done to remedy the situation.

I know the guys are getting tired of waiting for their new trucks, so am I, but it's not this guys fault if Ford runs out of parts or puts the vehicles on chip hold. I'm sure he's trying to help solve some of the problems. We have to give him some credit for that. :)

Good looking truck and trailer! Looks like you have the newer version of our 2016 Micro Lite 23LB. How are you liking the trailer so far?

It is a 2104s with the front murphy bed. We got it last year (I was towing with my Grand Cherokee v6 and needed more power). We love it. It is just my wife and I and this is the perfect couple's camper.

I just hope all these issues with the trailer brake controller get resolved. I am getting a 'trailer brake module fault' error and fast blinker (only on dash, seems fine from the outside). So not sure if its a bad module/blown fuse, but seems like the recall thread has lots of info but no solid fix, so hope that gets resolved soon via an update. I'll have to schedule an appointment with my dealer but just wanted to drive it off the lot since I don't plan towing for a month or so.

I don't want to go down the road and find out my trailer brakes aren't working. Shame its such an issue, but looks like they are working to try and get it all fixed.

I can't imagine towing that rig with a Grand Cherokee...

Well I finally got it after 10 month wait...

Still can't believe I had to pay for someone else's mistake at the dealership and all the staff there didn't care...

Guess that's how @Ford Motor Company (Canada) does business...(going on a social media blast later)

Now on to the HAPPY PART

1) Installed oil catch can
2) Husky wheel liner
3) Linex Berliner sprayed
4) Rydonair 7" antenna
5) Retrax XR tonneau cover installed

Got a couple more things to install...

But damn... I already got rock chip on the front 🥺😭😭😭😭😭 (can't even keep it perfect for 1 day)

Got the “shipped” email on 4/22.

we checked today and it made it from Dearborn MI to Blue Island IL, which is only a 4 hour drive……

Miss Daisy taking it to KC?
Convoy or rail? How do you check for updates? I got the shipped email 4/20. Shipped from Kansas City to the Birmingham rail yard via convoy. Best I can tell it's still there as I have not seen any updates from the Ford tracker or the order Track site.....

The dealer visibility reports would have a train car number if it's on train right now, can they pull it up for you?

Mine is getting the bedliner done, planning to pick it up early next week. Anyone getting any rustproofing done right away?

Congrats. 👍 Where is the rock chip, right at the front edge of the hood?
