The Ford account only responds to good news. Don't hold your breath

Don't I know it. Another week with my vehicle sitting in a lot in Flat Rock Michigan. The VVR says it was moved, but my buddy who has access to the manufacturing logs confirmed that nothing happened with it all week. I really needed Ford to meet the ETA that they have been promising for the last month. I had to cancel a camping trip on May 1.

Convoy from the Dearborn plant to Melvindale, MI. rail yard. Rail (Norfolk Southern) to Voltz yard in KC. Convoy to granger 3 hrs north.

No nothing. I seen that on the tracker. And Ford does have my email.

Oh crap, same here as of today. Maybe that's why the dealer never called me.

Called Ford Marketing this morning. I was assured my truck had in fact been delivered to my dealer. I then called my dealer to follow-up…no it’s not here, Ford is wrong. My dealer speculated that the auto carrier attached my trucks tag to another vehicle that was delivered yesterday. Sales manager is following up with their regional reps to further investigate. How do you lose track of a full size pickup??? Definitely a mess!
