2023 F150 Powerboost Charge System and Lighting

Hi new to the Forum and hoping I am posting this in the right spot. I have a New 2023 F150 Powerboost with less than 2k miles. I am getting the “Service Charge System” Alert when starting the truck. And I also noticed that the welcome lights and courtesy lights are not coming on when approaching or opening the doors when the truck is off. After I turn the truck on and open a door the courtesy lights come on. I believe I have all the correct settings in the system and I am starting to think that these issues are all related but I do not know what the root cause is.

Has anyone else experience this, know solutions or how to fix it?

A lot of issues like this have been related to the 12V AGM batteries, one under the hood and another under the rear passenger seat. Many on here have reported weird gremlins going away when they either ensure the 12V batteries are charged with a battery maintainer, or replaced with new ones.
