After 16 grueling weeks of many emotions, 3 spec changes and about 87 contemplations of cancellation until all this crap blows over, Frosti finally hit home turf.
Ordered on 2/11 with a bunch of options I later had to remove to get it built, it sat for almost 2 months with no VIN number. Finally I removed the power running boards and wheelwell liners from my order (and also accidentally removed the 20" wheels ?) and it was scheduled the next day. Built May 12, shipped immediately and arrived at the dealership yesterday! Really wish I could've had the power running boards but to get the truck within a reasonable time frame I had to forego them.
Truck itself is a Lariat Sport 502a Ecoboost with max tow, work surface, B&O unleashed, power tailgate, pano roof and tow mirrors.
I am super super thrilled to see the truck show up. It will be in it's stock form for less than a week before it starts going under the knife. I've had a different vehicle almost every year for the last 6 years and I'm sick of the juggle, so I'm really looking forward to making this one my own and enjoying it for awhile.
Here's the immediate plan. Most of this stuff is already either in my garage ready to go, or in stock at my local truck shop waiting to install:
