These are probably sooner than Ford wants you to do and won't hurt for sure. FordTechMakuloco seems pretty knowledgeable.

I recently posted about this as well as consulted some local techs. Firstly, power steering is electric so you can cross that one off.

This is in KMs but after using that exact list, here is what I gathered.

Ford F-150 2022 Powerboost:

Rear diff: 50k - Gets used constantly + I have a canopy and decked (500lbs+).

Front diff: 100k - Barely gets used.

Transmission: 100k - Pan removal service

Transfer case: 50k

Brake fluid flush every time brake job - 2 years or 40k

Brake caliber service / lube every 24k or yearly

Spark Plugs: 80k-100k

Coolant flush: 120k

Curious everyone else's thoughts.

Thanks for contributing - where did you get these numbers? significantly longer in some cases than what FordTechMakuloco suggests...

I consulted 3 Ford dealers in Canada. One foreman and 2 service managers.

I also have a 280k/9 year warranty so I have some 'insurance'.

Your call!

Right on - good information to have! Where did you get your warranty from and what does it cover? I had a tough time finding a good one here in Canada when I purchased...

There are certainly going to be people that don't agree with FordTechMakuloco nor will they agree with each other. I do think FordTechMakuloco videos are generally very good.

I'm not gonna say I agree or disagree with FordTechMakuloco because I don't watch his channel. What I do do however, is read my manual and change everything more frequently than it suggests. I do not live in a excessively dusty or hot area and even though I am in Texas, I do not consider it to be "extreme heat"...it's certainly not extreme cold either. That said, I will only use full synthetic fluids for just about everything.
Without a doubt, the biggest killer to any vehicle is oil changes. I do mine at 5000 miles without fail. The next priority for me is my air filter. After that, I will stick to the manual and doing everything before it comes due.
A note about spark plugs: According to Ford, EcoBoost engines have a more frequent spark plug change interval than a 5.0 and I would say a tuned one would require even more frequency. Knowing that, I wouldn't put a blanket interval statement for all engines/platforms.

Just read your book...or read the one online from Ford.

Thanks for the input, but I don't trust what Ford says in regards to maintenance schedules - their opinion regarding oil life throws the rest of their "suggestions" out the window...

I have been changing oil at around 5K miles but am not freaking out if I go a couple months without. I figured in my case I'm averaging about 20% of my mileage as electric. My last fill up is below. I always put my dash mpg and calculated mpg to verify I have my AFE Bias calibrated as closely as possible. This fill up shows I got .4mpg better than the onboard computer says. It can fluctuate between .1 & .5 but never any higher. Usually more like around .2 - .3 only. I also sometimes note my electric miles as I did below. I should probably do it all the time so I can have an accurate depiction of total electric miles on the truck. Unfortunately, I didn't think about that a couple years ago when I began logging fuel consumption.

Anyway...
I ran 19.93% of my miles in electric. Rounding up to 20% of a 5000 mile interval should mean I could go an equivalent 6000 miles between oil changes.

Thoughts?

And the spark plugs on the ProPower trucks need changed at 55k miles vs 100k on non-PP.
See Note 3 about trucks with the bed power outlets.
My question is I saw a note somewhere that mentioned PowerBoost vs. Ecoboost having the shorter plug interval. But this note effectively changes that to any truck with ProPower on board, no? For example, a non-hybrid model can have 2kw ProPower but they have to run at idle all the time vs. the PowerBoost which runs off the HV battery and only kicks the ICE on to replenish the HV battery periodically. It almost seems you'd have shorter plug change intervals with a hybrid system. I don't really care since plugs are not expensive (in the big picture) so I'll change them at 55K regardless. Just my OCD and Hyperactive brain asking questions.
