Yeah dealer told me it could be 10 days for it to be transported. Said apparently there used to be 35 guys that worked the rail yard unloading cars. Now they are down to 5-10. Combine that with the shortage of truck drivers and it’s a big ol waiting game.
One would think with the supply chain issues and lack of new vehicles from all brands being built there wouldn't be that much volume? I don't understand the supply chain issues.

There's a shortage of truck drivers. But also not many semi trucks for purchase or lease? Doesn't make sense to me.

Anyways, hope it ships faster.

Hang in there, Bbass5, it’ll be soon.

Finally got mine yesterday.

Happy for you…sad for me as I’m still waiting for the call. Mine is still sitting less than 10km from the dealership in the rail yard :(

Woot Woot Bbass5.

Sadly, mine is still in the shop. They "fixed" the issue, but then it happened within 10 minutes of leaving again, so it went right back. I picked up the truck on 10/22, and it's been in the shop all but 4 days since then. Beyond frustrated at this point. Supposedly the shifting to Park going down the road had to do with low transmission fluid pressure. They ordered a few parts/sensors to see if that fixes it. If not, I'm thinking of initiating a buyback.

Still no word on mine . Tomorrow will be two days past my ETA end date. In Fords defence, it was a holiday here in Canada today. Fingers crossed for tomorrow or sadly I won’t see it until next week sometime.

Just needed to complain to someone other than my wife haha!

I know your pain! Hang in there!

On the plus side, I picked mine up today and it was worth the wait! I hadn’t seen some of the stuff on the truck before like the color or chrome running boards), I just ordered it. And it looks good in person ?. I’ll post pics soon once I have daylight to show it.

Looking really good. And so do those trees.

Wish we got Fall in the hot hell of FL. :)
Haha I know, I moved here from Louisiana and every year it’s still a pleasant surprise especially cause I’m still in the south.

My ETA just got bumped from 11/10 (two days ago) to 11/16…hopefully that is not a bad sign of even longer delays.

Well, for those following my issue, I’ve initiated a buyback. The root cause of the truck shifting to park while driving is being traced back to low transmission fluid pressure. It spent 2 weeks in the shop while they replaced every part related to transmission fluid pressure, only to have it happen again 10 minutes after leaving the dealer. Called my CRC rep and told him I’ve lost faith in the truck and the ability for it to be fixed and wanted to initiate a buyback. He said we can do that and is starting the paperwork. At this point we have no idea what’s causing the issue, or if it’s not even a pressure issue but a glitch in the system sending false info somewhere.

bought on 10/22, initiated buyback 11/12. Truck was in my possession for all of 4 days during that time. 2 days trouble free.

The interesting part is I talked to the FSE, and he searched their database, and found no similar issues at all. Nationwide. My issue is a one off case. The service tech said he’d never seen anything like it in 20 years either. Woohoo.

Oh man, I hate to hear that @Michigan Michael! Sorry you have to go through all that hassle. Hopefully the next one you get will be perfect!

Ditto. That had to have been an horrific experience slamming into park while driving. o_O

Will you try a 22 now or something else? Ford should get you a priority 1 for a new build. Actually like a "we'll build it Monday & deliver it Tuesday" build
