Just called Ford Marketing and my truck is now in Port Wilmington, DE it finally left MI!!!! Only 1.5 hours away!

Is calling Marketing a better resource than the Chat? Every time I wait for 47 minutes on the chat they tell me my truck is waiting to ship and then send me the link to the Ford Tracker.

I have a problem, I know... I call daily during weekdays to Ford Marketing and get through very quickly, they make you verify your information every time you call and I give them last 8 of my VIN and tell me the latest info they have. I have never waited more then 5 mins to speak to someone. I gave up on the chat because they told me after waiting to call Ford Marketing.

I reach them at 800-334-4375, I always say order status, and then F-150

Update: Chatted with Ford this morn and truck is in Jessup, MD! There is a possibility of earlier delivery to dealership than 6/29. So close!

Truck arrived today at dealership!!

Flying out tomorrow morning at 7:50am to pick mine up in Philly. I'm curious to see how Bluecruise works through all the traffic and road construction in NJ, NY, and CT. I'm expecting to be home for dinner.

She's mine! My dealer surprised me with some good news that some of you might not know about; I sure didn't. He asked me if I was going to finance the truck, and I said that I was going to finance about half and put down a large down payment and pay it off when I sell my F-250. He then said you may not want to pay it off and when I asked why, he said because a low rate was locked in on the date I placed the order. I asked what the rates were and was floored when he told me 1.9% for 60 months and 0.9% for 48 months. With the recent increase in rates, I jumped on the 48 month deal.

I've been real chill throughout this whole process - thinking it'll get here when it gets here.

Chill until Ford chat told me my truck is sitting at a ramp 70 miles away. My ETA of last week came and went. No ETA for this week, supposedly next week. C'mon man. Stuck on the 3 yard line.

All the while my trade is approaching hooptie status more and more. Way way overdue for oil change, more clunks and rattles by the day, but why bother?

Have you e-mailed? Some resourceful folks in the 5/9 build week have found an e-mail handle that they're getting at least a good human response from.

I'm emailed dealer, chatted with Ford, and called Ford marketing, multiple times each. If my hair was long enough I'd pull it out.

Oh and it looks like my wife's new 4Runner is totaled so now I have to replace that too.

The frame is bent and apparently Toyota will not provide a replacement frame for 4Runners. So it would have to be salvage titled then repaired. Which I won't accept, especially on a virtually new vehicle.
