Anyone else having issues when shifting into reverse a hard bang noise? It like a slam into reverse.

Just opened the app to find a software update. Very cool! Along with another recall I was told I didn't have for the windshield. This truck has been in shop more than my garage. Just Picked it up less than a week ago in for repairs and service builtins in shop for almost 4 weeks. Getting tried...

Is anyone having shifter issues with center console shifter not engaging in selected gear or falls out of gear? Also selecting reverse it will fall back into park. It's been very annoying!
