Won't start- Stop Safely Now U0412, P0563, P0ADF

Thanks Jesse. Nothing recent. Are there any troubleshooting steps I should try to perform or is my next course of action to try to order a replacement?

Sorry, misunderstood. didnt even know that existed. This seemed to keep running so I hit stop after a couple minutes. let me know if I should be doing anything differently

No. That’s all.. you have the pedestrian alarm disconnected I’m guessing.

I do have it disconnected.

I would start with removing the Navicks harness from the apim. Get that out. See what happens

I looked and they have a tee harness at teh APIM. A lot of the Can codes are on that bus,..

ok Naviks is out. Same symptom. Should I clear DTCs or anything else?

Yeah clear the codes and if it still doesnt start then there is something else going on.

Once you clear the codes share what codes come back right away

Looks like your High voltage contactors are stuck

Run a self test on the BECM

I don't want it to be true, but that BECM sure appears to have a physical fault.

It's rare, but there have been a couple of Powerboost HV batteries replaced and it wasn't because of the battery cells/modules failing, rather it was a component internal to the housing.
