Am I about to get a “stale” F150?

Such a funny post. Will you be driving your truck in a controlled environment too? There's absolutely nothing wrong with that truck. Mine sat for 3 months before shipping and it was meticulous when I picked it up.

Y'all have no idea how long we waited for our trucks last year.

As long as truck is not parked on dirt, should be ok.
Where i work we received several F150's that had sat for like six months, surprisingly to me, they were all fine, no problems.
My son bought a charger that sat at the dealer for two or three months on stone lot - rotors were pitted & needed to be replaced.
