LT tires likely. Are the pressures correct? LT tires need much more air in them than SL for the same weight.

I have something similar. The truck was smooth for the first 8k km then started to get seat and steering wheel vibration staring at 80km/h.

Two tires were replaced under warranty. Reduced it significantly but was never 100% smooth. I’m now at 13k km and it’s back progressively getting worse. As the tire pressure rises with heat it gets worse Going in this week to get it checked.

I suspect it will be the tires again, these stock Hankook 20’s are crap.

Going to push for a complete warranty swap to Michelins.

If you use a phone app like spectroid you can easily monitor the frequency of the vibration. If your vibration is in the 10-15hz range at 115km/h, the vibration is being caused by something spinning at the same speed as the wheels, usually the tires. If your vibration is in the 35-50hz range at 115km/h, the vibration is being caused by something spinning at the same speed as the driveshaft and it is usually the driveshaft that is at fault. These ranges will shift higher as vehicle speed increases.

Two more tires ordered to be replaced under warranty. That will be all 4. Dealer suspects a bad batch.

Its not normal, 22 F150 Lariat Pirelli 20". 7 dealer attempts over 6 months, replaced just about everything twice - No effect what so ever. Started the buy back process, dealer replaced the front diff as a last ditch effort, viola she drives like a Porsche. Good Luck
