Nope still running the AlphaRex Luxx, just switched to white drls, can’t get myself to pull the trigger on heads. I’m waiting to see the morimoto’s on yours! I just installed the dd fog pocket kit, will have a write up in the coming days!

DD fog pocket

Since I was having to replace my bumper why not upgrade fogs since the bumpers off!

Overall very easy install, since I had to remove the entire bumper to replace it. If you were doing this just to upgrade your fog lights it is a hell of a lot of work but very worth it.

Install: 10/10
Fit and finish: 8/10
Output: 12/10

Before installing

You have to remove the entire front end just to replace fog lights, c’mon. Very simple must of us have already done this before!

Installing the DD brackets

You have to remove the air dam if your truck is equipped, six bolts. Mounting is very simple the same bolts used to secure the factory lamp are reused for the bracket. It just uses two less screws.
I decided to wire the pods together and run the lights off the factory switch. I used white pros on the inner opening and selective yellow sports on the outer opening.

I tested to make sure everything was working and then spent time aligning the pods. The light projection from the pods is so precise it is amazing. I put the pro whites the lowest and then put the selective yellow slightly higher.

I will definitely play with the alignment in the future but after the first night drive I’m very happy.

Through this swap I replaced the entire front bumper and switched headlight drl color. If you look very close you will also notice I now have a 4wd valence, tow hooks, Swarfworks plate braket, and ecoboost inner grille. Sorry @Graygoose2021 the tow hooks are black. Thanks to @arsenal11 for sending out the towhook covers. I am very happy with the finished results.

Switched the plate lights to red leds not sure how feel? Then adjusted the reverse lights. Easy day!

Those look so good. I wasn't sure what direction to go (have OEM LED quads/LED fogs) but I am definitely leaning towards these for the fogs and maybe swapping in BAP headlights, rather than the full DD Elite headlight/fog setup. The yellow fog/white pro driving light combo seems perfect (I'd probably have the whites on a separate switch).

Have you wired up the backlight for when they are off?

No, the the selective yellow pods I had sitting around so they were the generation before backlight, and then for the pro whites I didn’t want to have to mess with more wiring. Even though I already ran a drl wire for my headlights(oversight). If the whites had backlight in the center it would look amazing. I was just trying to keep it simple!

Is the middle of y’all’s rotor/hub rusty like this? I sanded with steel wool and the put an anti rusting lubricant on it to try and prevent future surface rust. Just wondering.

No, not at all, but I only have 2073 miles now. I know you're in TX too, but I know we haven't put down any "brine" on the Austin area roads to fester something like that......

Lows and fogs
Low beam is AlphaRex Luxx, fogs are pro white/sport yellow DD SS3 in fog pattern

Fogs only:
Using DD fog bracket with white pro inner, selective yellow sport outer

Rear lights:
DD SSC2 sport in flood pattern

Now I just need to cover long distance! Thinking possibly 3 dd spot ss3 pods.

Adams eco all purpose cleaner and an assortment of brushes. I then hit all the plastics and wire looms with silk shine dressing. If your engine bay is really bad I would use simple green or something similar. My engine bay was just dusty with a little mud low!
