Hello, just purchased my new 2021 Ford F150KR. Love the truck so far only 3000km that was added when I picked it up in BC and drove it home to the Northwest Territories. I have come across two thing that might be normal but I don't think so. First issue is the front headlights seems to be fogging up on the inside after it rains or gets washed. Also I have noticed a fair amount of blue smoke in start up. The smoke is almost like the valve seals are leaking. Is this normal for a break in ?

Is your truck a 5.0? If so some smoke on startup is “normal” some do it more then others. My 19 didnt at all but my grandfathers 19 had a decent puff.

It is a bit more than a puff that's for sure. The last time I started it there was a blue cloud that cam over the cab and hood of the truck. Local dealership is going to watch it through oil consumption to see if it is a major or minor issue. Sucks to pay $85000+ on a truck to have it blowing blue smoke on start up.

Blue smoke at start up isn't normal unless you drive a '72 El Camino.

I'll echo what others mentioned...blue smoke at startup on a new gas engine is absolutely unacceptable. If it is blue(oil) and not white (steam)

Not a good sign for Ford either. Imagine what people think when they see you start your brand new Ford and watch it puke out puffs of smoke when you start it. Definitely doesn't bode well for quality control does it.
