This morning start up shifting problems

Hi all ....Today when I started up the truck 2022 f150 PowerBoost with 4000 miles . The Transmission for some reason was shifting harsh ? first to third harsh and third to fourth felt like it was slipping or jerking .Does anyone know what would cause something like that . is there anyway to reset the transmission tables . Cheap and easy to do it my self ? . With out Not having a hassle going to the dealer! Like to try to reset the learning tables 1st before I bring it to the dealership thank you

So I have had a similar issue however mine was from a cold start I started to drive down my driveway and when I pulled onto the street and started to accelerate it was like the truck was in neurtral and the engine was reving but was not moving, I let off the gas and the truck made a clunk and started to move. I let off the gas and then it did it again, it then engaged when I let off the accelerator and then it seem to be fine after that. This is the second time that this has happened, in the last 3-4 months. I have about 12k miles on the 22 Tremor. Not sure how the dealership will detect what is going on but it is very concerning as it could be a much larger issue going on.
