Service not showing up on Ford Pass

I have had 2 oil changes done by my dealer and both do not show up on my Ford Pass. I was under the impression that all work done at a Ford dealer would show up on the app. I called my service dept. and they have no idea how this works. Does anyone know if the dealer has to subscribe to this service or is it a setting at my or Fords end?

Note: The ford points show up within a couple of days.

Mine has been showing up but it takes around 10 days.

My points for oil changes, tire purchases etc. show up quickly, but my service history is empty.
When I called Ford my case was expedited, that was 6 months ago and still nothing
