SecuriAlert Problems

I've been going around in circles with Ford for 2 weeks, I have the latest FordPass version and Ford says sync4 is up to date, but I don't have SecuriAlert.
I've done all of the delete app and reinstall, remove truck from app and reinstall, force close, restart and still no option in FordPass. I was then told that I had to turn on "Guard Mode" on my sync display although no one can tell me where it is and I can't find it.

Do any of you guys know where "Guard Mode" is in the sync menu's?

I'm in the same situation with the same truck/trim. I'm thinking I don't have the latest SYNC Version yet and still need an OTA push. iOS and latest Ford Pass (updated today).

Current Sync Version:
Sync 4, Software Version:20312_PRODUCT Revision:243

I'll check what version sync I have later today but I was told by 2 of the ford reps that tried to help that sync was up to date

I saw it, yesterday the last person I spoke to at Ford told me to take the truck to the dealer, kind of ridiculous
