Have you tested, for grins, refreshing your XM signal? You can perform it yourself in the XM web console.
There is a "I want to.." drop-down menu & "refresh my signal" is one of the options.

On my 2015 Platinum vs 2021 Limited, when I drop my 2021 tailgate down, push the small black button to release the step from the tailgate and pull it out, the handle slides out right along after it - contrast that with my 2015 - where I would pull out the step first...
I love this look. I'm planning on doing this to my Limited. Question, though, about care.. Can you take it through car washes that use brushes? Are there other "don't do's or watch out for's"?
