Yes I have ordered and purchased a Roll N Lock E-Series Bed Cover and a Rool N Lock Cargo Manager. My distributor is holding both for installation when truck is delivered.
No, I just did a Google search in my local area. I found a couple of places (note Roll N Lock is manufactured here in Florida) and asked for quotes. I chose C&H Auto Accessories after talking to them. They were the better price and were willing to install it the way I wanted. I am also getting a BedRug and wanted it cut in around the tailgate work space and the pro power receptacles. They are also going to film a YouTube video of the installation. You can check out their web site and they will ship it to you.
Just another thought, Roll N Lock is expensive, but I plan to keep this one for a long time. The cargo manager is the best. My neighbor has had this same set up on his truck for 2 years and looks brand new.
