REV Tonneau Cover Issues

I wonder if anyone else is having this issue. I have a Ford dealer installed REV tonneau cover that is just past the 2 year Ford warranty, but one year left on the manufacturer warranty. The cover is starting to break down and come apart- factory defect, since it’s use it maybe 20x per year and always take care of it. Does anyone have the contact information for this company? There are a few on the internet, but none appear to produce this product. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The tri-fold? It's basically same as bakflip brand I bought parts for that to replace parts on mine. I think one or two companies make all truck bed covers at this point and slap different labels on it. Can't say I'm impressed with it on my used truck but it does the job for now.
