I just received and email about a $2,000 PCO today as well. Although it's a nice gesture and incentive the price increases over the past year or so far out weigh the $2,000 in value of the PCO. I can't even find an 23' XLT with decent options for the price that i paid for my 22' Lariat. I'm going to need to trade by the end of the year due to mileage and sadly it may come down to switching to another brand. I really enjoy my Ford but $70,000+ for a decently optioned Lariat is a bit much for me.
