Paintable side mirrors and door handles?

If I get the Pro edition, would a body shop be able to paint the side mirrors and door handles to match the exterior paint color?

It would be cheaper to wrap the mirrors instead of painting. Then if you don't want it anymore, just peel off the wrap and it is brand new underneath.
