Just an FYI for those considering a F150 Limited with the 3.5 PowerBoost Hybrid. The 7.2 KW comes standard- but only if you order the Limited with the 3.5 PowerBoost Hybrid.

Thanks Jim, I understand that the 7.2 KW generator is an option with the Lariat 3.5 PowerBoost Hybrid as well, correct?

yes, that's is my understanding - purchase as an option & If correct a $750 option add-on.

All sockets in the bed are for AC. Can we get a socket fo DC in the bed? It will be nice to get DC directly from the lithium battery. Any suggestion?

I've read in this thread that the 240V connector on the Ford F-150 Pro Power Onboard panel is an NEMA L6-20 receptacle, but from pictures it sure looks like a NEMA L14-30 receptacle. Can anyone please tell me the connector type, an provide any relevant links?

Thanks, the L14-30 sure looks like a great 4-prong twist-lock connector which is also used on generators, so I hope that the Pro Power Onboard connector is indeed an L14-30. The L6-20 connector has only 3 prongs, not 4, according to what I have read. Good links, please! Here is one:

Great info, thanks as I just brought my Platinum PB home yesterday. Probably a stupid question, but what are those clear rubber buttons next to the outlets for? I have a couple in back and one in the cab under a 120 outlet. Thank you!
