Official Ford Tracker now requiring order number.

Looks like they made it official. Now a order number is required for tracking. If you were lucky enough to screenshot or write it down, the order number was listed on the main page before the change took effect. Obviously, it will also break this site's tracker as it pulls from the same location.

Strange behavior. I got it to work by closing Chrome and clearing cache/cookies for *shop.ford.com.

I imagine its going to cause some issues for a lot of folks.

No problems logging in with the added info. I wonder if the site was getting hammered all day long by folks trying to find out about stock trucks posted on dealer sites.

Today I can see my truck at shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/ , but I still don't see my Trailer Tow Mirrors. It's the only thing I noticed so far. The Tracker above doesn't work for me today, which yesterday showed everything including the Trailer Tow Mirrors. Does anyone know the difference between the two different Trackers?

I was able to log in with no issues. Just to find out my delivery was pushed another 3 weeks.

Note, if you order number has a letter in it, the tracker is case sensitive. Enter order number just as it is on your order sheet or on the window sticker or you get an error message.

@bigskydu I believe the changes to the Official Ford Tracker breaks the link / tracker on this site. I can no longer bring up my details using just the vin from your link.

I needed an order number for a day (Monday, actually) two weeks ago, and then it all reverted back to not requiring an order number. It will be interesting if it switches back to not needing it tomorrow. We'll see!

Mine says March 15. It just changed from March 27. Not sure what calendar they are using but they are a bit late.
