I know Ford published overall stats, which means they have vehicle stats. How can access my personnel BlueCruise driving stats? Is there a way? Should there be a way? Lets make a way!

I would like to know how many miles, average speed, how often I looked away and got caught after 5 seconds, etc.

That data is not exposed by any API I've seen available. I think it's all just metrics uploaded to the mothership by the GWM module.
That way they can make pretty graphs for the shareholders showing how many vehicle owners have models capable of using there new subscription services
