I had mine done at ~7500 and the dealer told me they recommend 5000 while Ford says 10,000. I’m probably going to stick with 5000, but I work so much that finding time for that is difficult.

If it makes any difference I changed my 08 Lariat every 7500 based on the OLM. When I traded it in the truck had 245,000 and still didn’t use any oil between changes. The only engine work I did was to replace the thermostat.

What did they do to the brakes? Mine squeak horribly as well.

My suggestion is a Fumoto valve and do the changes yourself. You're cutting the cost per oil change in time and money to 20 minutes and $40 at that point, so you've negated any cost or time savings from extended intervals and reaped all of the potential benefits of shorter oil change intervals.

The worst solution in terms of short and long term money and time cost is extended oil change intervals at dealers.
