I fix software bugs!
My first post here, but been around the other Ford forums for years now.

Purchased a 2022 after a long battle with my '17, '18, and more recent '20.

There are two small blue courtesy lights next to the map lights in the over head console.

Are these lights suppose to be on all the time?

TIA

Yes, you'll find these on most higher end cars. They provide a small amount of light to see things at night. They do stay on all the time (unless the truck is off and your away from it).

Thanks.... I just upgraded the drivers sun visor to include Homelink. I thought I would grab key-on 12+ at the overhead console or auto dim mirror. I removed the over head console and windshield cover to probe for power, thought maybe I broke something... In the end, I wired it directly to the fuse box by the passenger floorboard.
