how do you clear alerts in fordpass?

This seems like it should be obvious, but how the heck do you clear alerts in the ford pass app? I received my first ever software update a few days ago and it still shows as an active alert, nothing in message center and no obvious way to make it go away.

It will clear after a few days. I'm not sure what makes it clear itself.

Thanks! I also have this alert that I assume only the dealership can clear... Not sure how I go about telling them that I completed the CSP work myself.

I wouldn't tell them anything. You bought a fdrs license and used the procedure they spell out. What can they say?
