I need to look into the clay bar mitts… I do like my setup though. Try to wash it once a week.

Plus 1 on the black lug nuts. I work in paint repair at a Ford plant. I would never think the paint is super dirty after a couple months old. I will definitely clay bar my truck when ever i get it

Here are 3 links to the items used to do the present Vehicles, 19 Titanium Escape in Titanium White and a 22 F150 in Agate Black. The 19 Escape was redone this year (22) 1rst after being done in 20 for something to do during shutdown. 22 F150 was also done this year. Also did the Sister Inlaws 2011 White Chrysler 300 in 20 that is now being driven daily by the house by it's new owner after the sister in law sold it. It still looks good.

I'm a huge paint correction nerd..
Here's what I ordered for my truck when it comes in..

I'll start with a hand wash.
Spray with fallout remover to remove the rail dust
Rinse and Dry.
Clay Bar with the Clay Mitt and ONR as LUBE.
Rinse and Dry.
Buff with Meguiars Polish (shouldn't need anything more abrasive)
Prep for Ceramic Coat with Panel Wipe
Wipe on Crystal Serum Light, let flash for 30 seconds, and Wipe Off.
Repeat for whole truck one panel at a time.
Repeat CSL for a second coat.
Finish with EvoV4 Hydrophobic Coating.

I just did mine myself this weekend.(all weekend job lol) paint protection with some sonax compound ..and used gtechniq csl-exo4 for ceramic coating. Man does it look amazing now ..psa .kicked wife's car out garage lol don't want my truck dirty

Consider buying some iron remover. Read directions carefully and do not do it in sunlight, but it will make claying a bit easier since it will chemically remove some of the fallout you were working to clay. Also the more times you do it, the more you get used to it. i own a high end detail shop and can clay a truck in 20 minutes if it’s “severe.”
Also ceramic coatings are worth it, but find the detail shop with the best reviews near you.
