I'll wait to see if the void bothers me and the order fronts only. Thanks!I really like the look and feel of the FX4 liners, BUT there is that weird void under the gas pedal! May want to look into ones to just replace the fronts. But I really like the big white "F150" so it's a tough call!
Pretty much every set of OEM floor mats I've ever owned has that same void and other open areas. It must be some stupid liability thing that the lawyers decided to keep them away from the pedals. In any case, this is one reason why I always replace OEM mats with a better aftermarket solution. In my opinion, all-weather or off-road floor mats should cover ALL carpeted areas that your feet will touch and overlap the door sill, but most OEM mats do neither.I really like the look and feel of the FX4 liners, BUT there is that weird void under the gas pedal! If you have FX4 that is correct. You don't get carpet mats with FX4.Just to confirm, if the truck comes with the rubber mats it’s not supposed to have the carpeted mats also? I have the under seat lockable storage and the rubber mats in my Lariat, just wasn’t sure if I was supposed to get the carpeted mats also.

I was shown and told the exact opposite. It seems that the -BA is for vinyl.
-AA is for carpet.
Platinum FX4 does come with both. I run with the carpet as they are really nice and match the upgraded interior.I believe KR & Plat get the carpets in a bag, even with FX4. I am not sure about Lariat or XLT. Limited has no FX4.
But 100% confirmed in KR and Plat FX4 you get the carpet mats you *can* put on top of the FX4 mats if you want. I'm keeping mine in the bag for future resell to keep them mint.
