Will this cover/rack combo work?

Good morning,

As I wait for my truck to be built I am looking into bed covers and cargo racks. I want the Yakima OverHaul HD and a soft tonneau cover.

I really like the TruXedo Pro X15. My question is, will the items listed below all work together properly?

My biggest concern is that it kinda seems awkward like when you have to use too many extensions on a ratchet. I mean, it's probably perfectly fine but I just wish there was a more solid solution.

Completely agree.

One you could look at is the Retrax One XR/Pro XR lines. They have integrated T-slots in the rails to accept the rack, no 'sandwiching' like the Elevate stuff.

Thanks. I've looked at the Retrax stuff but retractable is off the table. It takes up space in the bed and the cost is just too much.

Does anyone even make a roll up cover with T slot rails?

Not that I've seen... SEMA is only 7 months away, I know my local dealer said he heard rumors of Bak or Extang coming out with more options. They're all the same company anyway...
