Door handle swap ?

Hi does anyone know if a rear door handle will work for the front passenger side ? I have a regular cab with no passive butto.n. I was hoping the rear handle from a crew cab from the same side would work on my front door? Thanks for your time.

I don't see why it wouldn't. There's no differentiation for the front to back. Only with or w/o keyless
and black, paint to match, or chrome.

I bought a rear door crew cab handle and can confirm it works just fine for the front door. The left one is the rear crew cab.

What’s the difference between the door handles? I didn’t know that there was anything missing.

I’m talking about the front/rear keyed/keyless, passive button jazz.

Also, did those arrive painted from the factory?

I found them on eBay. The passenger side was new. I had to look for a while to get them with out the passive button. The driver side lock stays on the truc.k…
