Does anyone know this body part name or number?

Well its been a year since Ive had the truck and no one has come out with a light bar that integrates well with the Platinum grille. Ive seen behind the grille lights w\baffle removal and little pod lights down by the plate, but I would like a seamless, non-intrusive light bar, so I think I am going to try the F150 LEDs Paladin bar:

What I want to know is what is this body part called, or does anyone have a part number? Lower grille valance is best I can think up but not a lot of Google hits on that phrase.

I dont like drilling into brand new body panels, but if I can order a new one, paint it and have an unmolested backup, I will try it....

Yes, that's not clear, both inner and outer are pointed out under the one number. They don't list separate numbers for each component. I've never seen the part, it's possible that they are factory assembled as a unit, with some sort of adhesive maybe? I'm not sure.

Looked at scratched up OEM on eBay. Appears to have black inner part and the painted outer plastic snaps over it. Makes sense, didn't look that close at it when I removed mine. I would assume it comes in all assembled and any paint shop would be fine painting it that way.

I've been watching this video on F150 LEDs website and it looks like it's just the skin but I could be wrong. I'm also going to look at what @fordtruckman2003 is talking about on ebay.

Can't figure out how to shortcut it on my phone to 3:20 seconds but that's where he removes the skin
