Hi all, wondering your feedback on this maintenance schedule that my dealership built for me. I have the 150,000 mile ESP, my bed is often heavy and loaded down, and I do about 18k miles per year.

Powerboost Hybrid Platinum 2022
Also located in Canada, cold winters, salty roads!

Front diff: 30k
Rear diff: 30k
Transmission: 60k - pan removal service
Transfer case: 60k, then start doing it every 30k
Brake fluid - 40k
Brake Caliper service / lube every 15k
Park brake service - 30k
Spark Plugs: 60k
Emission service: Every 30k
Coolant flush: 80k

Curious your thoughts. I want this guy to last a long time but also don't want to fal into a stealership trap....

My first reaction is - if the dealer "built a service plan for you", it's a trap.

I asked for it. It's a compilation of data I found online - their advice they added the brake caliper and park brake service.

FordTechMakuloco youtube suggests the service intervals for the front/rear diff / tranny / transfer.

Do a lubricant drain & refill shortly after delivery. Do chemical analysis. Let the results drive engine oil changes. Other lubricants every 50,000 miles plus or minus as you're comfortable. Check Brakes whenever you may have it on a lift and can check readily. I'm finding that my Powerboost doesn't wear brakes very heavily. I don't buy coolant flushes. Do a drain & refill of the Hi temp circuit every 4-5 years. Keep an eye on the Low temp circuit. Check freeze points every fall. Replace rubber hoses (Coolants & Brake lines) every 5 years. I'm new to these AGM batteries, look at every 4 or 5 years. Don't forget that small battery under the pax rear seat. Your fuel filter is lifetime... Still look at having it replaced at 100,000 miles.I've found electric fuel pumps are good for 100 to 125,000 miles. The HP fuel pump I don't know yet.

If you are wanting to keep it a long time preventive maintenance is never a bad thing. I note the 40k for brake fluid. The manual says 36months. Given brake fluid draws in moisture 36months or 40k whichever is first might be a consideration. I’m in Canada also and don’t drive a ton so I’m going to end up likely right at both 40k and 36 months for mine mid summer for our ‘21. I like your other numbers. Various fluids, just like motor oil changes cost a little compared to a failure so to me it’s worth it to change things a little sooner. Because we tow in summers I already had my rear axle fluid changed out a year ago. I’m considering trans fluid and plugs this summer as well. Is it sooner than needed, maybe. But it won’t hurt.
