Howdy All,

Ordered a Lariat 4x4 Powerboost last week and got my confirmation Wednesday. With all the factors going on with auto production these days, curious to know what the group’s thoughts are about a “likely” delivery window? Q4 this year? Q1 2023? Q2 or later 2023?

All I can tell you is buckle up - it's gonna be a ride and a bumpy one at that.

I ordered Plat PB 701A on 3/28/22 and was finally scheduled in May for 6/6. Then bumped 8 times. I was finally built on 8/11 and I may be on a chip hold right now.

I’d say, anything less than 6 months and you’re doing good. I was a few days less than 180 days from order to driving off the lot, which was last month. I did not have and delays after being scheduled or Chip holds.

Since 23's will not start being built until November at the eaeliest......0% chance it will be Q4 22.

You never know with Ford…maybe better chance of winning Powerball than guessing when you’ll get it. I would take the mindset of minimum of 10 months and hope it doesn’t go longer. I’m 7 months with no VIN on Plat PB with the dealer pushing so I was being positive about 10 months.

Ford seems to be consistently inconsistent manufacturer of product due to different unknown reasons, so one never knows…especially inside Ford. The once “Ford Proud” or “There’s A Ford in Your Future” motto seems to be vanishing before our eyes.

Oh wow. 10 months with not even a VIN. Sorry dude. I hope my ‘08 has at least another year in it then!

I meant 10 month possibly on delivery at best since no VIN after 7 month and that was being optimistic. Seems like 3 months at best is the minimum after VIN and receiving truck. I’m sure to get it one of these days because the dealership manager is totally aware and responding lately for updates. I hope Ford will have most of the defects resolved and quality improves by then.
