Can't get Blue Cruise because VIN is not in OASIS

I am watching the threads where folks are activating their Blue Cruise, either through their dealership or by their own hard work and investment. When I took mine in I was told I was covered by the Field Service Action (21G01) but, since my VIN wasn't in OASIS yet, they would not do the work because it wouldn't be reimbursed by Ford. Is anyone else having this problem? I know I can follow the online tutorials to upgrade on my one, as one of my former mentors used to tell me - A man must know his limitations - and I am not diving into the back end of my system.

Any word on how soon the "invites" are coming out to those who aren't in the early access for BC?
