Buying Ford parts online with points?

I've ordered from fairwayfordparts.net using points. I emailed them the P/Ns I wanted with my account info and they sent an invoice with the point value deducted.

So what in the world is the difference between Air Filter and "Element Assembly Air Cleaner"?!

I need to enter the entire printing on the original Air Filter in order to find it, it shows what I currently have it is called Element Assembly Air Cleaner, but it does not say whether or not it fits the truck.

If I enter truck details and search for Air Filter, it shows a, well - air filter - with a completely different number with a green box that confirms fitness.

Go figure.

I used my points to lower my payment price on my extended warranty from Zeigler. Yes, I know its not a parts/accessories.
