Bed outlet

I have 2023 power boost with black out pkg xlt , tried using plug in bed didn’t work checked in on screen in truck said one of the outlets in truck has a ground fault issue , checked outlets in truck and they work , so how do i reset the outlet in bed , tried pushing green buttton but nothing happened , looking for some advice on how to get back outlet working , thank you all in advance for your help

1. is this the first time you've plugged into the bed?
2. is it just one outlet?

Check the wiring under the bed. The connector in question has red black white and green wires in it.

That's been the source of nearly all PPOB ground fault issues. There's been once case where the inside cab wiring was the source of the issue.
