I am having these same issues too, and it is clearly on the Ford/Sync side because none of this started until I got the full-screen update, and it's happened on both my old and new phones.
No audio on at least the initial outgoing call, android audio skips sometime, android auto only actually boots up about 75-80% of the time, and Waze blacks out the arrow, other landmarks, and the buttons/ETA either isn't there in initial startup or even if it is it eventually happens.
Hope we can get a confirmed fix for this sooon and not just "try rebooting things" responses.
