Awesome! Glad to see, like said before I think we all knew 99% that was the issue, just no one had swapped one yet. So yet another thing fixed that Ford deleted and should have been there from the get go.

Exactly lol, It's almost the truck it was suppose to be from the factory. Last thing for me will be adding front park sensors.

I’d like to give a huge shout out to all that took the time and energy to research this mod. After ordering the ccm module with bracket, ccm pigtail and the precrimped IPMA terminals I was able to get mine installed in half an afternoon and superfordmans awesome write up of FORScan changes had me up and running, system works beautifully.

Love to see it. Although you should not have a pre-collision warning on your dash. May want to double check values in FORscan.

It did that until i calibrated the ccm by driving around for a bit

Gotcha, I calibrated the CCM before doing all the FORscan changes. Just made the changes to IPMA to get the CCM communicating with FORscan.

I do wish the truck would tell me the speed of the person in front with how far ahead they are in seconds, the mack anthem big rig i drive does that. Handy af.

These were the changes I made to my truck. You'll need to compare your as builts to the livinitup's spreadsheet to confirm these values are correct for your truck.

If thats the distance indication in the spreadsheet i have it activated, but it isn’t the same. Knowing there speed is also extremely useful, moreso in a 63 ton truck. But still more useful than i ever thought it’d be. Had to scour the internet pretty hard to find a pic cause I’m not at work right now. But it’s what’s displayed to us

Looking at the BOM from the Ford site, this actually looks like the correct part number for the lightning's CCM wire. Can anyone confirm? NL3Z-15K867-H

Ok guys, I have finally gotten around to this, and having some issues. I have programmed most of the modules but the IPMA won't take any changes. Any ideas on that? I now see adaptive cruise enabled in the menu but it won't activate , and normal cruise won't either. I noticed that one of the Forscan cruise settings looked like you could select the cruise type you want, enabling both types, but the recommended setting was just adaptive. If I set it to both, will I be able to use normal cruise again until I figure it out? Also noticed my auto high/low beam headlights are gone, only manual. will have to figure that out too. Don't see the CCM, I'll have to look back through here to see how to make visible. Any help is appreciated

Make sure you are not loading the profile for your vehicle, you need to do a new scan or it will not scan for new modules. There is also a change in the IPMA that is required before the CCM will power up. When you say the IPMA won't take changes, what do you mean? Are you getting a service procedure failed error?

Yes, I will have to try again for the actual code, but it fails when trying to write, I think is says interrupted or incomplete or something like that. All the other modules did fine

That is usually due to a incompatible change. Try going one at a time until you find the value that’s causing the problem.

Ok, tried just one change on a few different lines, no go. the error is service procedure has been interrupted. It appears to load to 100% then goes to the log where that shows up.
