8-way vs 10-way power seat differences?

Does anyone know the exact difference between 8-way and 10-way power seats? Based on pictures, it looks like 8-way has a manual adjustment for the seat back. Is that the only difference?

Also, does the 8-way allow for the front and rear of the seat to move up/down independently?

I think you answered it yourself. The extra two ways on the Lariat (pictured), is the back part of the seat being able to move forward and backward (recline up/down).

That should be the only difference until you get into King Ranch and higher trims with the Max Recline and messaging seats.

I concur. It’s the power recline feature.
