Anybody tried these out? I feel like these on the door where the powerboost/powerstroke badges go would be slick!

I got a couple of these off of eBay and they are very good quality. I ordered them for the sides above the Lariat badge (each has the Coyote facing a different direction) and also contemplated putting them where Ford puts the PowerBoost badge. In the end I put it on the tailgate where the EcoBoost badge is. It’sa move subtle addition.

I have never used those but used one of these badges to cover a small scratch I made when adding the upper glove box light. It came as a 2 pack and I thought about putting one on the exterior but since I blacked out all of the chrome I felt it would look out of place.

I thought about buying the Mustang ones to slap on the door but I really dig the badge-less truck look. Ford lets the exhaust speak for itself, it also says V8 on the intake box under the hood. Good enough for me.

Here’s a little better photo. It was hard to get a good one this morning. Plus it’s Gunmetal Gray in color so it sorta blends in with the carbonized gray. Lol.

[Coyote Gamecock]

Yeah my son just loves the idea of having the 5.0 in there so he found this one on eBay. I wasn't crazy about sticking something to my paint. This one goes in the grill so I think it will not cause any damage if it doesn't work out and will look subtle up there.

Personally,

I think the only fitting "homage" to the Coyote 5.0 would have to come from the original.

Granted... the 5.0 we roll around with today has little to do with the power plant A.J. Foyt was running but if you're going to call it a "Coyote" then a "Jackel" or a "Rabid Dog" logo ain't cutting it.

It's easy enough to pull Foyt's Coyote from his logo but I'm guessing it's either a "copywrite" thing or just sheer ignorance or laziness.

Plus, you have to admit... it's pretty cool!
