2024 F-150 Scheduling This Week (3/21/24) for Production Weeks 4/29 - 5/6

• Production Week: 4/29- 5/6.
• 24MY F150 Early Balance Out: 24MY F150 Heritage Edition (19H) Final order submissions will be due this Friday, 3/22/24.
• March 15th, Ford amended all stock orders to remove the Pro Access Tailgate Removal code (63X). The Pro Access Tailgate Removal code (63X) is no longer be available for order.
• Retail will not be amended by Ford. Dealers should contact these customers to determine their interest in receiving the Pro Access Tailgate. Customers who added the Pro Access Tailgate Removal code (63X) can remove the code to add back the Pro Access Tailgate.
Retail Orders placed on or prior to March 14th that do not remove the Pro Access Tailgate Removal code (63X) will still be eligible for scheduling. No SIMS orders were created this week.

So.. when would the first 2025's be expected to be delivered (in a "normal" year)?

I'm thinking that if it gets into the June build date timeframe, i will probably cancel my order (unless they do some decent incentives). I wouldn't receive my truck until what.. July? Less than 6 months to a 2025 at that point (especially if they ship before the new year) and waiting for a 2025 starts looking appealing for me.

I see the early balance out for the Heritage Edition. I wonder when the balance out for the rest of 2024MY will happen.

Does this updated information mean the PAT is now available for ordering and is good to go? But it still means the PAT could delay builds?

And are they in Job#2 at this point?

Just spoke with my dealer and they expect me to be scheduled this week. "The order now reads unscheduled/CLEAN, and they are currently scheduling Hybrids." They said that their orders are scheduled once per week, usually on Fridays.

Fingers crossed...

Regarding 2025.. I start to think "well.. what if they stop doing the chrome with Atlas Blue like they did before" or "what option might they remove, or make separate and cost more $$$"...

Just as people were deleting the fancy split tailgate, it becomes available.

I took the 63X tailgate delete and not angry at all. As I’ve stated in my previous posts, I think my use case will benefit more from the old tailgate with integrated step.

That said, I’m interested to see how “real world scenarios” usage the new tailgate gets. Then if I decide I’m missing out, I’ll buy it and swap it out.

Congrats to all the holdouts, I’m glad the delay wasn’t that long and I hope you get scheduled quickly and aren’t impacted by other limited availability restrictions.

Ok, when I ordered this I got the Hybrid and kept everything that was stock. The first time I saw it in production was Feb 21 2024 then it went to what it says now. Can someone tell me why its still in production?

I gotta admit this time I am just about pissed off enough to move on. I wait months for this tailgate, only to get pushed for an engine shortage on the engine they are pushing onto everyone. The reason why they are short? All the upper trims they just scheduled because of the 63x. So because so many PBs got scheduled because of 63x, they are now short of PB.
