I sure did. 3 bolts on each side of the air damn and removed it. Only difference is that I didn’t remove the motors, just took the air damn off. as far as trimming the valence goes, I used painters tape as it was the perfect width to keep a little lip underneath. Only problem I had was that I used a dremel to cut it, which ended up melting the plastic as I was cutting and made it a little more difficult to clean up and sand. Use a saw or something if you plan on doing it. Makes a huge difference in looks though, so I’m glad I did it.

Honestly not sure since i only drove the truck for 2 days prior. I’m a little over 20 Hwy/16 city at the moment with the 5.0

Great to see another oversized tire on the base 18s. Rare and Love it. I like the 2 tone you chose. I went with 295/70. @Majorplane Did you run a forscan edit for tire circumference to fix Speedo?

I have seen about 1 MPG hit going up to a 34" and LT tires which added significant tire weight.

Anything is better than nothing. If you’re not worried about police, go 50. There’s literally zero difference in visibility at night. Nobody even notices if I don’t tell them. From outside looking in, it just makes the truck looks much better and cleaner than having the brow. Still even in daylight, you can me through it, so it doesn’t attract a ton of attention. Would do it again no doubt.

great looking truck, and agree about the wheels. I intentionally dropped down from a 502a because I wanted these wheels over the chrome that all the trims have the same of. This is my 3rd gen f150 and these are my favorite wheels by far, and my first 18s.
And to answer your question, I did do the speedo calibration. Also did disable double honk, global windows, disable door ajar beep, and full brightness DLRs. If you haven’t messed with forscan yet, it’s very easy, and I was hesitant going into it. Did all of those changes in maybe 30 minutes.

Haven’t updated in a while. At about 25 pleased with truck minus a few things here and there.

After 9yrs with my UWS toolbox, finally retired it for a much more quality Camlocker a/ rails. Difference is night and day.

Thanks I ordered down from 502 to 501 so I could get those over the 20” chromes. I don’t think Ford offers these anymore.
