I’m not sure what to tell you. I tried to enter your VIN and nothing came up for me either.

Has it left the plant yet? Maybe it’s not in the system if so. Or maybe your destination uses another carrier?

It probably just gets installed by the dealer during PDI. However, I hope that's not true, and that we no longer have a big antenna.

Ok, so how has everybody's dealer been handling the price increase since the time of your orders? My dealer just informed me that Ford is telling them that they have to charge the new, increased price, but that a refund will be issued to the customer after the sale for the difference. I find this odd, but the GM says it was communicated from Ford corporate via email to the dealers.

Are some dealers just eating the cost? Are refunds going straight to customer? To dealer then customer? How long is it taking to get the refunds? Has anyone gotten anything in writing stating they'll get a refund?
