ok, have another question - offset.Yes the 20x10 will stick out approximately 1-2 inches from wheel well but not sure about how much it will stick out on 2021s but should be close to that. I would not recommend wheel spacers from what I have read but that’s just my opinion and I will see if I can download some pics tonight and post them.
250.00 seems a little low considering the task. I paid 750.00Last time I checked they told me 250.00 for a leveling kit installed.
Yeah the 2021’s require engine bay work to put in a level. Town and country YouTube video explains it. I imagine $500-$1000 is a reasonable expectation of price now.250.00 seems a little low considering the task. I paid 750.00
Most 20x10s will be in a range around -16 to -24 offset approximately and will stick out approximately 1-3 inches like mine which are -16 so yours will stick out a little further out but not much. If you go -44 offset on a 20x12 then half the tire will be sticking out depending on if you put fender flares or not and that offset sticks out 3-6 inches on a 12 wide rim.ok, have another question - offset.
Ive learned the rims I choose and what offset they are is really the determining factor. Stock are +44, and some Moto rims Im eyeballing are -24, big swing... do you know what offset your rims are?
Are they 20x10s that your eyeballing? Most 20x10s will be in a range around -16 to -24 offset approximately and will stick out approximately 1-3 inches like mine which are -16 so yours will stick out a little further out but not much. I’m looking hard at the MOTO METAL MO970 rims, 20x10 with 12.5 tires with a slightly aggressive tread. Are they 20x10s that your eyeballing?
I kept the 265/60R18 but went to Michelin Defender. That tire is a little taller than the Hankook and more aggressive tread.Nice @Kefoster2 ! Upgrading the tires? What size?
My dealer did it, it was the 2.25 and I believe they bought aftermarket kit. What level kit did you use? Part #?
whom did you have do it for you?
How much?My dealer did it, it was the 2.25 and I believe they bought aftermarket kit.
750.00How much?
True. Just saw you r doing readylift on your truck I was just wondering thanksI’m looking hard at the MOTO METAL MO970 rims, 20x10 with 12.5 tires with a slightly aggressive tread.
I can get -24 for $1000 or -18 for $1100 on the offset choices. i want them to stick out an inch or inch and half.... not crazy lot of 3..... you’rs stick out the perfect amount.
I will also do a readylift at your place on san pedro.
I’m thinking I need the -18 offset and a tire that won‘t push out super far?
My truck coming is a PB antimatter blue , chromed two-tone so It looks black a lot so I am after rims with a chrome and black mix....not to crazy, but a little aggressive as I don’t like stock CHROMELIKE PVD Ford wheels and I dont wanna look like the other 100,000 ford f150s here in San Antonio
