Really like this look, new to having a truck (have ‘21 Plat PB fx4)…two quick questions:
1. The 2.5 level, did you do that yourself, at a shop, at ford dealer?
2. Those tires look great? How do they perform off road/snow? How’s the road noise?
Thanks, great looking truck!
Thank you. I did the level myself. I live in Florida so wet roads they handle great. We have not been up north when it is snowing. But I had them on my 2017 and drove through snow in Maryland, they performed perfectly. The road noise is very minimum. I would recommend them and buy again without a doubt.

Looks sick. This is the size I was wanting to go. That doesn't rub all over the place?

I installed the Ford Performance 2.0. Unfortunately, I eneded up doing the install twice. I assumed the coils would need to be adjusted to compensate similarly to the Roush suggestion (5/8"). After install they settled to only 1.5" of level. I pulled them back off and set them to the original setting and I am now almost spot on a 2" off level. I fit 295/70 R18 and could have gone to a full 35". Wheel offset is +20. No rubbing under any conditions. I lost 1" in the back with this kit. Im okay with it since I was at 4.5" of rake before and now 1.5" of rake (looks level in person). FX4 with max tow reallyade the truck ass up.

I looking to do the same exact setup, with my '22 Lariat Powerboost Max Tow!
295/70R18 Falkens on 18x9 but with -1 offset.

Did you use the part M-18000-F15AA which is Gen13? Taking forever for M-18000-F15B (Gen 14) and I just can't wait any longer.
I was also looking at Roush Fox 2.0.

1)What made you choose Ford Performamce over Roush
2) from where did you order?
3) Sounds like you didn't need to do the 5/8" perch change?

Thanks in advance! This info will be really helpful as I'm going to do this in the next 2 weeks!

Thank you, I have always did the levels on my trucks. They are easy to do, it is a matter of removing the struts and placing the hockey puck on top.
The road noise is not bad at all. A little hum, but nothing loud at all. I live in central Florida so we are always getting rain and no complaints. My previous gen I had the same tires and we went to Maryland a few times and drove in the snow with no issues.

Am I the only one who hates leveling kits. I like the factory rake and want to retain that look. The 34" tires look good, but I don't like when you load it and the truck squats down either.
I argree with this, which is why I bagged my 2018. I'm fixin' to do the same with the '22 but can't find ANYONE who's bagged a 14th gen with CCD. The search goes on.

THAT'S it, that's what I'm shooting for. Will do different shoes (we get snow) but I like the gaps.

This is a nice looking truck. Are those wheels the stock offset of +44? Looking to space out my stock wheels 1 3/4" and trying to find what needs to be cut out.

guarantee those aren’t +44. They look maybe +18 or possibly 0 offset. That tire size 0 offset is going to rub on all the plastic down there.

Might be upgrading from my 305/70r17s to your tire size on 18’s. Good to hear there’s zero rubbing as I did have rubbing under full lock conditions. Reverse and forward sometimes. Mine are 0 offset though to fit 17s cuz I have max tow.

Is it the more positive offset that helps? These are nearly as big as my 305/70s….

You can run 17s on max tow with 0 offset?

Yeah. Care he to be taken when placing balancing weights. But the offset is enough to avoid rubbing with the larger calipers.

the only thing for me is how far they stick out on the 21+ models now. Which is why I might be upgrading to 18+ wheels with an 18 or 20 offset.

Did you have to do any trimming? My ‘22 Platinum just arrived. Going with Nitto Ridge Grapplers and 2 inch Ready Lift but can’t decide between 295/60/20 or 35s. Thanks
